Air
Air is Alton Towers recent invention that will make your heart stop. If you have ever wanted to fly then now is the time to experience the ride of your life. John Wardley, roller coaster designer and imagineer said: "I have the great fortune to be part of the creative team on what will be the most innovative and unique roller coaster."

The idea came to light 12 years ago. Today's technological advances have allowed a dream to become reality. You are harnessed safely face towards the ground. Suspended in mid air you soar at fast pace through underground caverns. This is a ride not for the faint hearted.

Hex
This ride is situated in the 19th Century ruins at the center of Alton Towers. It is based on the haunting stories surrounding the building. Your journey begins at the foot of the ruins where you will see galleries and chambers that have been closed for a hundred years. Special effects and sounds make the experience frightfully real. You are then taken to an icy vault set in the heart of the towers. Its here you will experience a mixture of fear, excitement and exhilaration.
