Disability Discrimination Act 1995

The Disability Discrimination Act is acted upon by AMK Maintenance Ltd

Since 2nd December 1996, Part iii of the Disability Discrimination Act has made it unlawful for those who provide goods, facilities and services to discriminate against people with disabilities. The Act will become law in full by 2004.

AMK has already gained valuable experience, working with our clients to implement the Act. DDA is now built into the planning and building control procedure. AMK specialise in conversion work to comply with the Act.
