Business
Administration is a vital part of the country's business. It
provides support services to industry and commerce and offers
a wide range of specialist areas.
Your Training at Levels 1 and 2 will cover:
- Health and safety
- Filing, Photocopying and Mail
- Word-processing
- Information Processing
- Reception Duties
- Payment Handling
Once you have achieved a level 2 qualification,
or if you are working in a supervisory role, then you could have
the opportunity to undertake a level 3 qualification.
Level 3 covers Supervisory aspects including:
- Organising work schedules
- Servicing meetings

- Preparing and producing documents
- Arranging travel
- Office resource administration
Training and assessment for the qualification takes
place in the workplace.
Minimum Entry requirements
There
are no formal entry requirements, however candidates should have
a good standard of literacy and be keen to develop a career in
the business administration field.

This range of qualifications are the stepping stone
into the administrative field, and provide a starting point for
the various specialisms within that field: from receptionists
